Well, roleplaying, sadly enough, isn't always about roleplaying, or so I've found in pen and paper roleplays.
Some people just want to hit things, really hard. Some people just want to interact. Some want to really immerse themselves in their character. I accept all of these...the only type of player I don't like to have is the one that puts the story on hold so that they can pursue a personal and violent vendetta against another character...it's too much work for me!
