We've had unstable internet behavior out this way the last couple days and so posting has been a fairly undcertain process -- I've had a couple server timne outs just getting this brief note up. The issue seems to be out this way with our service provider as the behavior is not limited to IW.
Hopefully I'll be able to get a post up for TAO later tonight assuming things settle down.
