It is frustrating when an RP hits an exciting point only to have the action weakened when the players are indifferent to posting, escpecially when there is no indication given as to whether and when a post may be forthcoming. I think you're right in deciding to press forward with the action. Everyone has been given ample time for action and has been clearly warned that failure to act has consequences -- in fact, you've been remarkably patient. As you've noted, we're all busy and need to make time for posting, or at the very least for letting the other players know if we are unable to post. Composing a simple post or putting a note up in the discussion thread are not difficult things to do, and the second is simply basic RP ettiquette.
As you know, I've been holding back on posting fo rmy own characters to give events in the castle and elsewhere a chance to be concluded. Although I have been tempted to kickstart the action elsewhere [img]graemlins/blueblink.gif[/img]
Again, Larry, well said. We all need to be reminded of our responsibilities to the other players in the game from time to time.
