Larry - A modification to what you're calling the Cyril plot:

Let's not assume a developed plotline regarding Cyril and TAO or any characters that have been traveling with her. A message needs to be delivered to her character and, from my end, that is all that needs to take place. Should that produce in-game developments then we may need to discuss a plotline of some kind here, but for the moment there is no detailed plotline in this area.
