For Adohorn:

Inside the cave you see an initial chamber which is a circle of about four meter diameter. Two narrow passageways go off on the two sides. While Adohorn is trying to decide which way to go the warg howl can be heard again from the right hand passageway, then a few seconds later from the one on the left.
