Creeping behind Mithval, Ulest sometimes looks behind to make sure noone approaches them from the rear. He stops, takes the arrow strap from his back and fixes it to his right foreleg. He notches an arrow, and starts walking backward, now at the back of the group, keeping an eye at the rear.
