Not exactly new. If you read his description in the signup thread for Sea roleplay you'll find that the char is several months old. It's just that the other game died and seeing that Rong Er and Lyulfe are from the same game I asked Larry if he would mind me bringing him here.
EDIT: and his past relationship with especially Rong Er will hopefully add some more intrigue to the game.
