You can convince Gracen that the comotion he heard above the five flaggons inn were a couple of traitors that needed to be dealt with. Low CHA and he doesn't belive you, high CHA and he does and tells you info

It plays a small role in Brynnlaw gaining access into the festhall. You can get in for free with a high CHA, otherwise you need to pay, and they regard you as an assassin rather than a hero that will free them if you CHA is low

Again in Brynnlaw, you can convince the pirate lord that you are raving mad so he will send you the the Asylum, but you need sky high CHA

You can also convince Phaere not to sleep with you in Ust Natha but only if you have a high CHA

These are just a few examples, there are many more cases where a high CHA can help you, the above were just a few that immediately sprung to mind
