As a favor to dplax, I accepted his invitation to manage his affairs in his absence, but only he can really run this game the way it should be run. I will try to keep everyone happy in the meantime.
I need some time for rereading and planning before I can just take over, so please allow me some leaway, while I gather my thoughts.
