Robyn Stratsworth

Robyn had not seen the need to speak so far as she thought that her companions were handling the situatin adequately enough. She did not feel any hostility from the guard captain.

Through the teachings of her mother she had learnt reading emotions and reactions and apart of a simple annoyance because of losing time here she could only see the man's fear of doing something his lord would not like. As she read his facial expressions and movements of hand while he spoke a curiosity started perking up in her. The idea she had been formulating ever since she made the link that the scout groups leader was the son of the man who commanded here was coming to fruition. From what she had heard from the guard captain Lord Easthome was a busy man and he would be more than annoyed with the fact that bringing the elf before him was being delayed. She decided that she would try out her idea:

Turning to the captain she said"You could tell your Lord that we are friends of his son. We met him two days ago during our journey here out in the wilderness. We told him we would be coming here and he told us we would be welcome. This is not the welcome we were expecting here. And besides all of us know that even for an advance fee 10 gold pieces is nothing for an elf as skilled as this one.

The guard captain looked uncomfortable as she spoke about Lord Easthome's son."I shall see what Lord Easthome says." He turned and left the inn leaving only three of his men in the inn who stayed in a position as to stop Therlion from escaping.
