"Most of the surface races have grudges against the drow, void mage. I suspect maybe the kreen witnessed or was part of a surface raid. The acadamies oversee those kind of things, not the great houses." She cast her cold glare at the kreen and back to Gus,
"I don't like the way it's looking at me. You seem to understand it well enough. Can you tell it that any attempt at eating me will be a waste of its life?"
