As Alliene, in her usual disregard-for-others-self walked into Alae's chambers, and caused her usual racket, Arlyth woke up from his peaceful slumber, and sat up on the bed, rubbing his eyes. Softly he asked "...Is something the matter?" it was a general question, and not directed at anyone in particular. Sylquis answered. "Yes, just exactly what is this about, Alliene?" she asked, none to please that the Drow had awoke her sleeping nephew; still, as always, her tone was respectful. She turned back to Alaerth and told him, "Yes dear, I do know; but that still doesn't stop me from asking you to be careful, in the hopes that one day it'll sink through." she gave him a pointed look, which clearly told him that he was dismissed. She turned around to address Alliene again. "I trust that you were not wounded, Matron?"
