After reading up on the Grimlocks and their weaknesses, I will assume that the Stinking Cloud will act like a globe of darkness over thier perception as well as the nausia that is associated with the cloud. The penalty for thier "blindness" is not 100%, since they still haved their superior hearing.
Az, when you cast a spell, try to be as specific as possible, and know that you are allowed a certain point of creativity in making judgement of the size of the cavern, and where monsters are unless I specifically mention to the contrary...and this will help me map out results for us.
