and if you want a good example of what the gameplay would be like let me try to run a battle by you:

Nako steps out into the open from her shuttle repair shop, she peers into the air and sees the sun shining above the skyscrappers... High noon... He heard a ticker-tacking of footsteps, inhuman in pace, nearby... she was prepared for the innevitable... He turned and saw a man with green spikey hair running directly toward her at top speed...

Targeting the Pink-haired woman with his all seeing eye, Ioso prepars to use his Sinkaishita-dan... whatever that is...

*note: most halcyon characters usually dont understand the extents of their abilities until they use them anyway so this is true to the storyline so when you pick techniques pick what sounds good*

The alley explodes in flames, and light energies, the nearby buildings rumble and the pavement below the feet of the warriors breaks apart, a shockwave shatteres all of the nearby windows as a screaming light image of a dragon washes over the nearby area, this knocks Ioso back and he is propelled futher back by the energies leaping out of his hand which also knock down Nako, Nako takes 12 damage, 78 hp remaining, Ioso takes 24 damage after crashing through a building, 62 hp remaining, authorities will be ariving on the scene in a few minutes, Nako has lost business, critical damage to economic stability, Ioso is hidden inside of the building though the screams around him of disturbed civilians will alert his presence soon too.

Himanashi was putting the finishing touch on his banzai tree when he noticed the showering lights and sounds of explosions and breaking glass a few blocks off, he decided the time was now... he teleported himself to a nearby building top to survey what happened in the city block.

Himanashi falls short and lands in a sky-rise apartment, it appears to be void of human presence, looking out the window he sees a large ammount of devistation miles below, the alley-like street had been turned into a crater and the buildings were now teetering as the geo stabalizers were forcing them to stay up as if it was just another 18 ricktor quake... The smoke starts to clear in the alley...

HAHA! I use my fukuhasu-dan!

"NOOO!!!!" leaping from the building and plummeting onto the green-haired one, I use my wicked dance combined with death from above!

Just before Ioso shoots his final blast to kill Nako he is met with a powerfull kick in the head, this comes from out of nowhere, critical is applied, Nako has dwindled to 10 hp and lost 1 level, he is sufferint internal hemoraging now and his int score is dropping as his brain swells with blood...

FINISH HIM!

Hearing the wise words of the stranger, Nako lets the green haired bulley have it with a critical dagger toss to his head.

Tumble! dodge! Something!

You should've tried a scuicidal attack, oh well, leapin out of the way the dagger cuts his arm, 9 Hp...
