Pathris smiled at Moralae's explanation of the money issue. "It's probably a good thing that all I have is five gold coins," he thought. "Actually, that reminds me of something..." he said, thinking about the money (and the gems) that the others had.
The Elf was surprised to see that the woman was a bit shorter than he was, but he did not really mind. It suited her. And she was quite thin as well, even thinner than Pathris himself was. That was no small feat. If he strained, he could just hear the sound of a rimshot in the distance...
He began to walk toward the door, laughing softly to himself. "You don't have all night? Well, I certainly do." He stepped out the door and waited for Moralae. "But I suppose you're right.
