Don`t worry about the money, im sure you`ll have enough money later and yes, you should buy robe of vecna(casting time decrease rocks!). you should use cloudkill too sometimes. and remember the name ABI DALZIM`S HORRID WILTING. lvl 8 spell that doesn`t harm party members and does area effect 1d6(1d8? 1d4?) damage per level of caster. simply a really good spell!!
