ooc- yay, ironworks is up again! *thanx cyril profusely for notifying her*

ic- A slender, delicately built creature tiptoed into the cellar, shaking rain off of its cloak. Turning and hurriedly closing the door against the freak storm, probably caused by some wizard's spell, it leaned against the closed door with a sigh. Pushing back the hood of the cloak, whose colours shifted and blended in with its surroudings, a young female half-elf looked around with blue-violet eyes, filled with curiousity and mischief. Brushing a few stray raindrops from her light chestnut brown bangs and thigh-length braid, she glided silently from the room, giving furtive glances over her shoulders.

Many hours (Perhaps even days) later...

Skye stretched and gave a big yawn as she strode casually down the middle of the plush carpeted hallway. "Gyaa, this place is so big! It'll take me months just to find my room!"

Since she was a new member to the guild, when she had found the castle of the SSSB Skye was afraid that the front entrance would, of course, have multiple traps in order to protect the guild from other thief guilds. Not in the mood to have to deal with traps, she had taken a back entrance, and in doing so, became helplessly lost... as usual.

While wandering around aimlessly, she looked at some of the gaudy, rich items decorating the halls in awe. Either the obviously stolen items were taken by someone with great skill, or the previous owner had been a rich fool. Most likely a combination of the two. In her admiration, she almost overlooked the intricately wrought door. The door, composed of some hard variation of sweet smelling cedar, had a silver plaque on it with her name beautifully scrawled across its surface, and a small dragon with amythest eyes embossed into the bottom right hand corner. The carvings upon the door were obviously of elven workmanship, and looked almost alive. She touched a small faerie's wing, as if to reassure herself that the small sprite wasnt going to fly away.

Issuing a small sigh, she drew herself up and reached determinedly for the door handle, shaped like a dragon's head. *CLK.* She stared at the handle in shock. Looking more carefully, she saw a keyshaped hole where the dragon's eye should be. "I have to find a key in this castle, when I could barely find my room?" she said, aghast. She slumped over a little. "Well, I guess this means I actually have to find the guild leader before I see my room." She grinned. "Quite an adventure... and I haven't even done anything yet!"
