Duo listened intently to Laisrean and Skye's mental conversation.
'No, not Skye, an evil spirit,' she corrected herself. Her ears pricked mentally with excitement at the last words it spoke.
Laisrean, you can still defeat it! It said "can destroy me," not "could have destroyed me" she thought excitedly.
Try getting Skye back to her senses, help her break away from the creature's control. Maybe there's a way to reverse vampyrism?
