check out here it has some guidelines that should help, as to your specific thread, try to do a little less, and only run one or two characters (giving other people a chance to act and not destroying everything in your path instantly) it makes a difference when people are looking in to see if they are interested, and see only extremely powerful characters slaughtering everything in sight, in PnP it can make a nice diversion to let a high level party smash some weak enemies for a while, but it gets old quick, remember your characters CAN'T do it all, and will need help from others, this is what encourages parties of adventurers, the mage is going to get mauled in melee, so he hires out some fighters to get hit, the fighters will eventually die of their wounds,or spend so much time in the infirmary that they'll be all but unplayable, so bring in a cleric, the cleric is going to get splattered across the walls by traps if he walks into that monsters lair, so bring a thief, etc...

just some advice, you don't have to follow it, but it may help
