Nearly half of his life had been ripped away in that one attack. Brendon was basically useless. He could not think of anything for the terrible pain in his body...the places where a creature had sunk it's teeth into him. Tears welled up in his eyes as he heard the beast growling in victory of this easy kill. Why had he not stayed outside and jsut shot arrows? Where was Syrathic? He tried to move, but could not. The pain tore into him too severely. He decided that the only thing he could do was to try to stab the creature in it's maw the next time it came at him. He raised his sword, shakingly upward, hoping that he would be able to save his own life this time. He was not aware of anyone else on the scene.
OOC>>>Is that good? I figured that he has something like 70hp for his level. I am not real sure if that is accurate, but it is fine with me unless somebody wants to contest it. Obviously, losiong half his life to the teeth of a beast would shake up a young man enough to not be useful for a few rounds.
