This /## is a number between 01 and (1)00 and is called "exceptional strength", IIRC. It gives you higer to-hit bonusses and more damage than a normal 18. This 18/## is only available for fighter-type chars.
Check also the game manual, because there should be a table with the exact modifiers for your strength score.

Ah, and this /##-value is determined by the roll of 1d100.
