hello and welcom to the board. i have made the items in which you speak, and have actually made an Artemis Entreri character myself, though his levels are higher. Entreri is only an 11th level thief, 15th level fighter. Mine is a 16th level thief, and an 18th level fighter. anyway, his items are a Dagger+4, defender, vampiric life stealer. his saber is a sabre of wounding. all i did to make these items, is made a dagger+4, it is a +2 to hit and damage, +2 to ac, and there is a 15% chance the target will be level drained for one level, unless he saves vs spells (-2 penalty) the saber i made was a scimitar+2 (supposed to be a +1) and upon each successful hit the blade causes 1 point of damage per round for 10 rounds, unless the target saves vs poison (-2 penalty)its also a +4 to determine what it will hit. i made him a cloak of the bat, it gives a +2 to ac, and 25% to hide in shadows and move silently.
