From the ones Jim mentioned, the one avaliable in chapter 1-3 non-ToB is:
Halberd +1
Dusk Halberd +2
Harmonium Halberd (only if you have the Bonus Merchants)
Dragons Bane +3
And if you're asking for suggestions for a class that is good with Halberds, my suggestion is:
Make your guy a plain Fighter, or a Berserker.
Give him good profs in Strength, Constitution and Dexterity. And if you have patience enough, you can roll the dices many times, so he also can be intelligent and wise. A good Charisma is not necessary, cause you can get a ring that boosts your Charisma up to 18 almost at the start of the game.
His weapon-proficiences can be something like:
+++ Halberd
+ Warhammer (always good to have profs in some blunting-weapon )
++ Two-Handed Weapon style
This should make a good character.
