OOC: I assume that the events at the dragons cave are a bit into the future compared to the events back near the orc camp - after all it would take Peven a some time to react.

from his hidingplace near the dragons cave Sanael observes the first part of the exchange between dragon and lich. After the lich enters he strains to overhear their conversation, but the details are lost on him, although he does pick on the lichs name. Then the dragon roars and the lich leaves.
Due to the short duration of the encounter and the lichs expression Sanael has no doubt in his mind that some kind confrontation have taken place. After the Lich have passed him, he gets up and follows it - but must quickly give up the persuit as the lich casts a spell and disappears from sight.
