Boots of Balduran

These are the combat boots of balduran, legendary founder of Baldur's Gate, they have been worn in battle lots of times and have been enhanced with several beneficial magics. They give the user the mental and physical strength to endure a entire battle, even against the toughest foes

Special Abilities:
Gives wearer 20Str
+15 HP
+ 10% MR
Three times/day: Emotion centered on user
The wearer is immune for haste, and is slowed all the time, because of blisters on the heel and toes of the wearer(because of the boots not being the right size)
