after you defeat Sarevok, the game ends, so it doesn't really metter about Eltan. I suggest saving b4 you enter the maze, and after you kill Sav, go back to that save to do all the extras (ToTSC, etc.) I didn't do anything for Eltan, and I don't remember any consequences.
