Convince Desharik the pirate Lord that you are insane, but do not tell him of your true motives, as he will not let you in if you tell him of your quarrel with the cowleds. If you have Yoshimo or Minsc in party they will do most of the job for you. Sidenote: If you do this on your own (without Yoshi or Minsc) you'll need high charisma to succeed
