I once participated in an online storytelling RPG on another message board. Some of the other participants kept trying to put down my characters in the story, and without discussing it with me in 'ooc' messages at that. And one of them played a grossly uber character, too, who had the power to
rewrite history to his liking
by altering the very fabric of reality. I eventually got so pissed off I left after a big quarrel with them.
Hope I won't find such things here! (Not so far.
