As far as i can tell the leaders of this.... place are the group of cloaked ones, they are very powerful mages and magic users who have.. strange skills there are five of them but they say they are destined to be thirteen and that Skye over there is to be the sixth." He then yawns and stretches again "Said some crap about her having some sort of special abilities i dont know it all sounded awfully boring, and the cloak was rather boring, i offered to make much more interesting looking ones but they turned me into a potato."
