I gasped as well, and set off after her. Before we went too far I activated my innate Haste spell, speeding us both up so that we would get there faster. We ran the whole way, and arrived back at the edge of town just as the sun was a mere sliver on the horizon of an orange sky. "Just in time," I managed to say through gasps for air. The haste spell wore off and I had to stagger my way toward Aoln's inn.
