view the read me file or the instruction manual and it will tell you how. you can use any picture as long as it meets the requirements for the game. i use siefer from final fantasy 8. i also make my own voices for the characters (which the instructions are in the read me file). now everything has to be excact when you make them. and then it will take some time to load the picture so when u select it, it will show a shape of a head and a "?" that should go away after a while and your picture will be there. remember make the picture into a BMP file and the large picture is 24-bit and the small 8-bit.
