There's one in the tomb in the unseeing eye quest - in the room where the blind guy tells you about how you can defeat the unseeing eye. There's one in a house in the bridge district, the same house as has the twisted rune (different door), and just next door to the buried alive quest house. Finally, kangaxx himself can be found in the house next to Mae'var's guildhall in the docks district.
