The Assassin entered the beasts lair and almost vomited because of the strong smell of rot emanating from it. Half-eaten corpses lay everywhere, most of the equipment he found there was broken. A few things had survived the battering that caused their owners' deaths though.
A short sword that had a slight magic aura, a silver ring that was slightly stronger in it's aura and a katana that seemed to have survived merely because of it's superior craftmanship.
The creature itself carried no treasure, but it lookd as though he might be able to sell it's thick hide and claws to someone who could make something useful out of it.
