Aye 'tis a mighty artifact, and one with great potential to destroy the unwise weilder, I have done a great deal of research on the matter and know that the stone can be used in an ancient arcane ritual long thought lost, but known to a few select priests of Oghma one of whom I studied under as a youth, he ensured my education was complete in this and many other matters.
