Neb sits crouched below a tree, enveloped in his madness.... When the Wind speaks to him. It has been some time since it has last commanded him, and so it's cold touch is slightly unfamiliar to his mind, the deepest reaches of his mind struggle to be free, then surrender, then obey.
He must travel northwest, he picks up his blade and moves, swiftly, stealthily, bending time with his powers to accelerate his travel.... During his travelling the wind whispers to him, tells him of what he must do when he arrives....
