SIR TYREE (He and Veldrin are riding along in a high pass of a mountain range miles away. They spot a cave mouth.) "Ah, Veldrin, this must be the place."
VELDRIN (consults a piece of paper) "Yes, m'rinn d'ssinss, I do believe that this must be the cave that your friend mentioned. Let us investigate." (they dismount; leaving their horses tied outside, they go in, after lighting a torch. Weapons out, they look around. A glint of white shows in a crevice, and they investigate. A skeleton meets their gaze, half crushed in a closed stone door.)
SIR TYREE "Ah, this must be the remains of some former seeker of the treasure." He opens his belt pouch and extracts a small golden key. Holding the torch close, he finds the site of a small metal plate. He forces the plate off with his knife.) "Now, Veldrin, what does it say to do, again?"
VELDRIN (reads) "Turn it right three times, then left once, and pree the key inwards." (he does so, and the door swings easily inwards. They hold up the torch, which gutters briefly in the foul air, then reveals a roomful of treasure.) "Well, abbil, this has been worth the trip."
