A shade usually drains you in DnD. Usually of strength, but sumtimes lvls. I merely added a slight edge to me-the ability to send mindwrecking and medium-high damaging impulses from my shadowy hands enabling me to destroy minds and destort objects to a great pain. I can also shapeshift, and my 'shatters' go were i go. It could be in a roar of a lion, a sting of a scorpion (add the poison and the shatters and u get powerful stuff) or i culd be a gorgon head and could shatter and turn you into stone mwahahahahahahaha!
