Hmm, AFAIK, Druid spells = Cleric spells.
There are no such thing as Druid spells, only cleric and mage.
And the spells the druid learn, is some cleric spells.
Maybe special cleric spells, but it's still the same.
So yes, you will eventually get more spells in the higher levels with a cleric/ranger.
