Raymond about chokes on the mouthful of cheese that he just eaten. He sees Isaura hurying off, and quicly swallows wha is in his mouth, and stands up from the table, his hand extended...
"You..you're leaving me alone? After saving my life and telling me about marrying you because of a vow and now you will leave me to my own wits again? I...did not think ... I mean...you...but..."
Raymond can say no mre. In a flash, he darts past the old farmer and runs out the door toward the barn.
"Ere now. What was that all about? Did he do something to break your heart, child? If so, I'll give'em a good belt whoopin' when he gets back in! Come now! What's got your feathers all ruffled?"
