This is what I would do:

Have Minsc get the dragon's attention, then make him run around the Dragon all the time.

While Minsc is doing this, have Aerie and Nalia both cast 2 lower magic resistance spell.

When the 4 lower MR are cast, have Jaeira cast harm on the Dragon. As soon as the spell is cast, have every character attack him with the fastest mean they have, before he can heal.
