(OOC: Neb isn't really on your side, but neither is he against it, sometimes he'll help you and sometimes he'll oppose you, depending on what is most gainful for him or whatever impulse strikes him.)

Neb crouch on the roof of one of the castle's towers and watched the small group of adventurers heading in his direction, probably to rescue that companion of theirs which the castle's owner had recently captured.

He sat and watched them for a long time not moving even when a thunderstorm approached, the rain plastering his long dark blonde hair to his head, the wind fluttering his dark blue cloak, only when a bolt of lightning struck the roof no more than 2 feet from where he sat did he move, shapeshifting into his slithering tracker form and dribbling down between the roof tiles and into the castle, he had work to do.
