He glanced around, making sure noone payed him too much attention.
As he knelt by his Gith 'friend', seemingly to help him up, he pulled free the sword and drove it deep into the creature's chest. It spasmed a bit before falling still.
Skip put a boot next to the wound to pull the magical sword free, then wiped off the blood and gore on the humanoid's clothes, what little it wore. Then, with another glance, he hid the weapon again.
"Sorry, my friend. Next time, walk me to the nearest bar straight away..."
