The thick sour moisture air near the John Kenedy (sp?) International Airport is especially stinky at the hot summer night. Albert, dressed in black windcloak, grey jacket and pants, stepped out of the taxi. He had not taken his usual Lemonsiune, (sp?) too easy to be tracked down, he thought. Glancing about, he took time to examined the suspicious crowd around him. His sunglasses served well to cover his preying eyes. He spotted a Kindred far down the tunnel, perhaps a Toreador or Venture judging by his fine stylish dress and graceful manner. Albert's hearing is many times that of human, so naturally he heard the Kindred to be traveling on a different plane. Breathing little easier, Albert looked around each shadow once more, made sure no one was following him then headed towards the Airport's hallway.

He waited patiently in the line for boarding pass. Yes, he could use his innate ability to bypass any security posed here, but such action could evoke dangerous, and often unpredictable result. There are just simply too many watchful eyes here. Albert wants to risk nothing. Thus he took grateful steps to the TWA counter and presented his ticket: FL2331 from New York to San Francisco

He smiled to the counter woman as he took his boarding pass.

Next, he exchanged his ticket to Boston in United Airline, then to Phoenix in South West. He had order Thomas to cancel the ticket for Atlanta. It is unneccessary to reveal my destination, he decided back in his office.

Instead going through security checkpoint, he headed towards the elevator, stopped a security guard on his way. "How may I help you, Sir?" The hispanic security guard asked with a professional courtesy. Albert looked at the man's blue eyes, and locked stare for a good five seconds, then said slowly "Surely you would accompany me downstairs, would you? I am just going through a routine check before the plane takes off." He had focused on the man's mind, and took little effort to breach through the undiscplined mortal defense. He vividly convinced the security guard that he is a technician doing his job...

The two went through the authorized area with little trouble, and arrived just outside the plane that is taking off to Atlanta. "Thank you, gentleman." Albert smiled nonthreatenly "I'd appreciate your effort more if you mention this to no one, better yet, this had never happened. After all, why would you blabbering to your colleague about a technician doing his job?" The security guard nodded many agreements, and left the 'technician' to do his work.

Albert remained in the darkness for somewhat like 30 seconds, considering his next course of action. Of course, he could use the same trick on the workers, but is there such a need? Slipping silently into the thick shadow, he approached the cargo room with predatory grace.

The two workers never even realized anything except a quick blushing of wind beside them. Now hidden in the plane's cargo, Albert sat very still. The small luggages filled plane cargo is no more comfortable for a Kindred than any other Kine (Kine = human). He took some comfort in the fact that this trip is going to be very short, and relaxed somewhat in the darkness.

The plane took off...
