He could feel the person from the sewers look at him. He pretended to be even busier. Unfortunately, he was too busy and the person came over, the water and waste under its feet making funny noises. Ni cursed inwardly. Was it not written: 'Active ants make better target practise'? It must have slipped his mind.
"A good day to you gardener"
Ni slowly turned around, or at least he planned to but moved even slower than that, and saw the dripping form of a man.
"Yes, you too"
"You wouldn't happen to have seen someone throw a bucket of wastewater down into the sewers?"
Well, he had not seen himself. Truthfully he answered "No."
The man seened dissapointed and started to look for other people to speak to.
"Back to garden I must. Excusing me and good day"
