Getting hit by a few, but dodging the majority of the anvils and swords, not worrying about the explosives because Neb always carefully disarmed them before carrying them around in his pockets, Aelia deftly caught Roger's remote, wincing when she considered the bruises she would have tomorrow. Silently ruing the fact that her new friend, was, after all, nothing more than metal and wires, she switched him back on.
Roger realised his dear little Aelia was all covered with vomit, so while extending his claw to collect Neb out of the pool, he shot water out from the little hose Neb had installed and cleaned her off. Then, because Neb had anticipated such a necessity for himself and designed Roger accordingly, blow-dried her as well.
Holding Neb at a safe distance this time, Aelia instructed Roger to wait while she considered what to do next.
