Well, a lot of Neb's powers are defensive in nature and either create some sort of shield for him or deflect attacks, he also knows Telekinesis and can:
Shapeshift(Psychometabolic power.),
disguise himself like a chameleon,
climb walls like a spider,
levitate,
deliver punches of compressed air,
fling objects at his foes,
heat objects till they melt or burst into flame(This takes some time though, depending on the object.)
stop projectiles in flight,
enter a trance in which his fighting abilities are increased,
make metallic objects magnetic,
increase gravity's effect on a thing ten-fold,
create Dimension Doors(Works like the wizard spell Dimension Door.), or wrapping one around him to provide a defensive shield where anything that touches it on one side exits it on the opposite side.
Whew, that should be most of his psionic powers, oh and it should be noted, Neb's greatest dream is to become a Ranger or a Druid since he's taking a great liking to the forests since leaving the order, he'd be overjoyed to journey with either rangers or druids, as well as listening to their tales.
As for weaknesses, if Neb runs out of psionic power then he is almost completely defenseless also, if someone gets close to him before he can use his powers(By sneaking up on him for example.) then he's more or less dead.
