Background:
Neb comes from a small village, at an early age he exhibited psionic potential but he was unable to control his powers and became a danger to those around him, he was handed over to an order of psionic monks who trained him in the use of his powers, he has only recently left the monks to explore the world on his own, as a result of this he knows little about how the world works and is pretty naive and trusting at times, he is also eager to learn and has always been fascinated by elves and the elven forests, talking as much as possible with the few elves who were a member of the order so that he could learn of their forests, as a result of this he has learnt the high elven language quite well, at the moment he is wandering about aimlessly, seeking adventure and knowledge.
