Any ideas as to why Hephaestus wouldn't take Erzebette's Letter? It actually said "Hephaestus doesn't take the letter"

Also: Grunaxe's Ghost tells me i need to free the prisoners, i dont seem to be able to find a way to do this. I went back to talk with Malgrim, but he just say wow you have the eye then nothing more beyond grunts and dribbles etc. I left the caves and i'm ready to enter Brimloch Roon now, just wondering if there's anything there i should be returning to complete?

PS I think the voices for the Boogres are absolutely fantastic =)
