Yes, that's the cave and that's the entrance. There is a little receptacle like in the entrance to the stout mines, to put the letter in. The way is there. You have to cross the underground river, and jump over at least one hole in a tunnel somewhere beyond that. THe opening above Torin is the EXIT.
