The Barbarian Warblade from Ribalds secret stash is pretty good, as is Celestial Fury. Upgraded Mace of Disruption can hit anything (it's a +5 weapon!), staff of the Magi is awesome and Strong Arm is the most damaging bow in the game (including ToB!!!).

Blade of Roses has +2 CHA.

My fav is the Impailer Spear.......14-19 base damage excluding STR, gauntlets and weapon proficencies....nice
